Opus Plus provides a range of training, tools and consulting services which are the building blocks for establishing the OP-timize(SPE)SM Framework. Not all of these activities are needed for every client. Based on our initial training or assessment work with your company, Opus Plus will make recommendations as to what components are needed to meet your specific goals.
